Gary Pinkerton, PHR.
For 25 years, Gary has adapted his talents to a range of businesses that include non-profit organizations, small business start-ups, and a Fortune 200 corporation. Gary has led long-term training initiatives in diversity and supervisory skills, and developed a creative approach to address harassment using Aretha Franklin to talk about “RESPECT.”
Gary’s strength lies in finding creative solutions to problems with the tools and resources available. In a manufacturing setting, that process started with 3x5 note cards on the wall, and led to computer-based training for process simulation. For a retailer with 50 locations, it led to a simple solution for employee self-service using off-the-shelf tools to develop an intranet website. For Seidler & Associates, Gary’s creative skills are applied in the design and development of training solutions that fit client needs.
